handcrafted in Brazil using natural elements by traditional Amazonian artisans. Each piece is
unique and may show slight variations in color, texture, or shape. The product you receive may
differ slightly from the images on our website, as no two natural elements are exactly alike.
These natural variations are not considered defects.
All products undergo quality control before shipping and receive pest treatment. If a seed shows
small holes caused by natural predators, this is a natural occurrence and is not considered a

Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all boxes and with the AMZ
label intact and unbroken. ⸻
Photo Verification Requirement
To ensure quality control and customer safety, photo verification is required for all return
requests.
• For damaged or incorrect items, customers must submit clear photos of the item and the
original packaging showing the issue.
• For unused item returns, customers are required to submit photos demonstrating that the item
is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with the AMZ label.
• Photos must be provided to our customer support team at the time of the return request.
Return approvals are issued only after review and confirmation by our customer support team.
Requests without sufficient photo evidence may be declined. ⸻
Non Returnable Items
• Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration.
• Items with a damaged or missing AMZ label.
• Seeds with small holes caused by natural predators, as this is a characteristic of natural
materials and not a valid reason for return. ⸻
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our customer support team at contact@amzbiojewels.com within 30
days of delivery to request return authorization.
2. Submit the required photos for review and approval with a brief explanation.
3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
